Dr. Chandrawati is a leading practicing Ob/Gyn of Lucknow and is also the President of Lucknow Obstetrics & Gynecology Society (LOGS) that is affiliated to the Federation of Obstetrics & Gynecology Society of India. She has been practicing at her hospital – Krishna Medical Centre for over 40 years. She is the Prof. Emeritus, Department of Obs. & Gynae, King George’s Medical University, Lucknow. She holds membership of many Indian and international professional bodies and has published more than 65 papers in national and international journals. Dr. Chandrawati has chaired several scientific sessions and has won many national and international awards including Commonwealth Medical fellowship and awards from national and state governments for distinguished work in the area of family planning. She is currently on the advisory board of several state, national and international organizations. She is passionate about women’s health issues and manages WHEE (Women Health Improvement & Education) an NGO in Lucknow.
